Come enjoy a night of relaxation scheduled just for you! Monica will guide you through gentle yoga poses for one hour in our warm and cozy studio surrounded by candlelight. This class is donation.
This will be a gentle yoga class for all levels. There will be plenty of modifications offered for beginners as well as variations for those with experience. Yoga is a wonderful practice bringing many benefits including balance, strength, flexibility, injury prevention, improved range of motion, and peace in mind and body. We will link breath with movement as we explore a few postures that energize and then some to calm and relax us. Some self massage techniques will be included.
