This Class is Mandatory sign up and no walk ins Look at the days and times carefully as there are multiple choices in this portion. This class combines ballet inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements. You can expect this class to address multiple areas of the body such as arms, legs, core, & glutei. It is highly recommended that you wear socks with the sticky/rubber bottoms(The studio does have some for purchase. Shoes can limit motion)
