Service Description

Total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancers body. A powerful fusion of music, strength, and choreography that takes classical pilates to the next level. This low-impact format combines traditional Pilates movements with elements of yoga and ballet. Pop Pilates is a dance on the mat. Every move is modifiable to your needs and we promise to help you break a sweat (On Tuesdays this class moves to an 8:15pm start time while infinity dance season is in session. Thursdays remain at 7)
